How do I know what size shirt to purchase? We have a size chart that will guide you in making your purchase.
Will my new t-shirt shrink? Our shirts are made from 100% pre-shrunk cotton for minimal shrinkage. However, all t-shirts will shrink to some extent when thrown in the dryer.
How do I care for my new t-shirt? For best results, we recommend that you turn your t-shirt inside out and wash in cold water then hang it up to dry. If you follow these guidelines, your t-shirt should last a long time.
What payment methods do you accept? We accept Visa, Mastercard, and PayPal.
What are your shipping policies? Shipping and handling charges are added to all orders. Most orders ship via USPS, however, we retain the right to use other shipping methods at our discretion. Merchandise is normally shipped within 2-3 business days of receiving your order. Once you place your order, please allow 7-10 business days for delivery of in-stock items. (Orders placed October - December may experience a slight delay.) Occasionally, orders may be sent in more than one shipment.
Do you collect sales tax? We are required to collect 6.25% sales tax on shipments to Texas residents only. Sales tax is applied to the total order amount, including shipping and handling charges.
What kind of guarantee do you offer? We offer a no-hassle 30-day satisfaction guarantee. In addition, all t-shirts are guaranteed by the manufacturer for 90 days against defects in workmanship and materials.
What is your returns and exchange policy? We accept returns of unworn t-shirts within 30 days of invoice date. (Shirts that are torn, stained, or show signs of wear can not be returned.) In the event that you need to return an item, please contact us for return instructions.
Do you ship outside of the United States? Currently, we ship to a very limited number of foreign countries. See Policies for details.
If you receive a defective product or your order is filled incorrectly, we will replace the item(s) at no cost to you.
If the return is due to the wrong size or style being ordered, it will be subject to a 10% restocking fee and shipping charges will not be refunded. We will be happy to exchange the shirt for a different size or style and waive the restocking fee. You will be sent a PayPal Payment Request to pay for the cost of shipping the new item back to you.
