Shipping and Handling
Shipping and handling charges are added to all orders. Most orders ship via USPS, however, we retain the right to use other shipping methods at our discretion. Merchandise is normally shipped within 2-3 business days of receiving your order. Once you place your order, please allow 7-10 business days for delivery of in-stock items. (Orders placed October - December may experience a slight delay.) Occasionally, orders may be sent in more than one shipment.
Sales Tax
We are required to collect 6.25% sales tax on shipments to Texas residents only. Sales tax is applied to the total order amount, including shipping and handling charges.
Guarantee
We offer a no-hassle 30-day satisfaction guarantee. In addition, all t-shirts are guaranteed by the manufacturer for 90 days against defects in workmanship and materials.
Return Policy
We accept returns of unworn t-shirts within 30 days of invoice date. (Shirts that are torn, stained, or show signs of wear can not be returned.) In the event that you need to return an item, please contact us for return instructions.
If you receive a defective product or your order is filled incorrectly, we will replace the item(s) at no cost to you.
If the return is due to the wrong size or style being ordered, it will be subject to a 10% restocking fee and shipping charges will not be refunded. We will be happy to exchange the shirt for a different size or style and waive the restocking fee. You will be sent a PayPal Payment Request to pay for the cost of shipping the new item back to you.
International Orders
At this time, we only ship to the following countries outside of the United States: Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand. All international orders will be processed via Paypal.
We hope to add more countries in the future. If your country is not listed, and you are interested in purchasing products from Gospel Garments, please contact us so that we may consider your request.
Privacy Statement
